SHIPPING INFORMATION



All packages shipped through the United States Postal Service only.



USA Buyers: Expedited shipping which usually takes 2 to 5 business days for delivery after your order ships. If you need your item quickly, we do not suggest the Standard (Media Mail) shipping option which can take up to 21 business days for delivery in some cases or longer.Less than one percent of US orders can take up to 21 business days to arrive, and usually have their order in 2 weeks or less (depending on location).

We ship to APO/FPOs, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and all US territories with the USA shipping cost, but delivery times will take longer. Please be patient.



International Buyers: In rare situations it can take an international order up to 40 days to arrive due to the distance the package has to travel and customs delays.

Delivery Confirmation (tracking) is not available on International Orders, except with Priority Mail International.

International orders are calculated by weight and your location.

As per eBay's new policy, single VHS, DVD, and CDs are $3.00 for Media Mail with $.75 for each additional single item (US shipments only, International shipping based on weight).

This is calculated automatically when proceeding through checkout.

* Canceling orders, change of address, and other special requests - Please contact us immediately for any special requests as we try to ship most orders the same day they are processed. Failure to do so may result in delaying the package being shipped. If package is shipped, you can refuse delivery, but the original AND return shipping cost will not be refunded.We try to honor all special requests. However, we cannot guarantee it. We will contact you either way to let you know the status of your order.

During the holidays, we may not be able to honor any special requests because of the increased volume of orders needed before Christmas. Thank you for your understanding.
